Celebrating Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for finally pushing through.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End by Naughty Dog has finally “gone gold”. What that means is that the base of the game is done and is ready to be mass produced.
The game has pushed back it’s release date a few times before due to the then directors Amy Henning and Justin Richmond leaving the company, so the game’s story was left unfinished.
But all the hardwork of the current directors may have paid off as one of the directors, Bruce Straley said that “ I think [this] is the best Uncharted of them all.”

Also another tweet was posted from Naughty Dog saying congratulations to the team as Uncharted 4 has gone gold.
This may as well be the last time you will be playing Uncharted as Nathan Drake, as said by the lead game designer Robert Cogburn in an interview with Kotaku. Also, an announcement from Naughty Dog said that they plan to have Uncharted 4 to be the last of the series.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is exclusively available for PlayStation 4.
